- After the condition of the returned products is examined and your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded or a new product will be sent as per your request.
3. Shipping Fees:
- In cases where there is no user error (for example, product error), shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by our store.
- In case of returns resulting from user error, shipping costs belong to the customer.
4. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:
